The YEFC is happy to promote the CORmentor program that supports corrosion students, early career professionals and established professionals, embarking on a major career change.

Why is mentorship important? 

Mentorship provides early career corrosionists with essential guidance and support as they navigate the transition from education to professional practice. But it is also key for established professionals embarking on a major career change. 

By learning from the experience of established experts, mentees gain valuable insights, build professional networks, and accelerate their development—laying a strong foundation for future success in the corrosion field.
