YEFC Plenary lecture

To ensure fairness and equity in selecting our YEFC Plenarist, we launched in 2022 the 3M Plenary Lecture Competition for early-career corrosionists.

From 1 min video to the Main Stage - selection in 2 rounds:

first-round screening, where applicants submit a 1-minute video, a CV, and a motivation letter.
From this pool of talented candidates, three finalists advance to the final round.
in the second and final round, each finalist prepare a 3-minute video presentation showcasing their research. The winner is then chosen by a diverse jury to take the stage as the YEFC Plenarist.
