Loyalty_programme_EFC_RVB
Context

The purpose of this Loyalty Programme (LP) is to encourage and secure the participation of companies to EUROCORR as an exhibitor by offering specific benefits to the EFC affiliate members and regular exhibitors to the past EUROCORR Congresses.

(This new Loyalty Programme has been approved by the BoA dated September 25th, 2023 for implementation as from EUROCORR 2027).

Eligibility to the Loyalty Programme

Two criteria are considered to make eligible a company to the Loyalty Programme:

  • To be an EFC affiliate member (1)
  • To have been a direct (2) exhibitor during the last 3 EUROCORR congresses

Note: If this LP were implemented during EUROCORR 2024, 15 companies would be eligible (3 as an EFC affiliate member, 12 as a loyal and regular exhibitor).

Benefits

The following benefits are summarized in the here below table, by considering different advantages between the two types of eligible companies

  2. Direct means to be the exhibitor on its own, not through any business partner (distributor, …) – the list of the eligible companies is provided by the EFC COO not later than 30 October of the year preceding the edition of the EUROCORR concerned
  3. The costs for the design, production and supply of the roll-ups are supported by the EFC
  4. The slot is proposed during the lunch breaks by allocating rooms of the different conference sessions. No additional service (catering, …) is provided by the LOC.
  5. This benefit is only valid for companies, having registered as an exhibitor (or sponsor) up to December 31st of the previous year (example: Dec 31st, 2023 for EUROCORR 2024). The proposed priority order for the selection of the booth location is:
    1. Sponsor of the event
    2. Affiliate membership (with date of registration if needed)
    3. Number of entries as an exhibitor
    4. Year of first participation as an exhibitor

Planning and organisation

Organisers advertise, market and recruit exhibitors “as usual”, but the attribution of booth location is done as follows:

  • A deadline for inclusion into the loyalty programme is determined in advance by local organisers in liaison with the EFC COO.
  • Exhibitors registered before the deadline are not allocated a booth immediately; instead, organisers contact them after the deadline in the order determined by the priority rules for choosing the booth location.
  • Exhibitors registered after the deadline are allocated remaining booths on the basis of their date of registration (dully filled order).
